Nothing changes does it? Now the adverts are for Portugal or Florida rather than the English countryside!

This old advert, originaly published in "Ideal Home" magazine in 1927, was passed to me as a photocopy, hence the poor quality picture. An interesting read:
It would seem that the golf course came first followed by local residents building their houses to take advantage of Pinner Hill's ideal location for tranquil golf. Well at least that has not changed!
